1. General Cancellation Terms
- All cancellation requests must be made through our official communication channels: Email / Phone / Office Visit.
- Cancellation charges depend on the type of service booked (flights, hotels, tour packages, visas, etc.) and the policies of the respective service provider.
- Service provider rules (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) take precedence in determining refund eligibility.
2. Flight Booking Cancellation & Refunds
A. Airline Policies
- Refunds and cancellation charges follow the airline fare rules.
- Some tickets (especially promotional or discounted fares) may be non-refundable.
B. Our Service Fees
Convenience fees, service fees, or processing fees charged by NIFN Travel Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable.
C. No-Show Cases
If you fail to board the flight (No-Show), refunds depend on airline rules and may be zero.
3. Hotel Booking Cancellation & Refunds
- Hotels have varying cancellation deadlines (e.g., 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days).
- Cancellations made after the hotels deadline may result in:
- One-night charge OR
- 100% booking cost
No refunds for:
- Early checkout
- No-show
- Non-refundable hotel rates
4. Holiday / Tour Packages
A. Cancellation by Customer
*After deducting actual charges
B. Non-refundable Components
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Pre-booked activity tickets
- Special attraction passes
- Taxes paid to third parties
C. Group Tours
Group tour bookings are subject to stricter cancellation rules. Once booking is confirmed, refund may not be possible depending on vendor terms.
5. Visa Services
Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable, irrespective of:
- Rejection
- Delay
- Incomplete documentation
- Change of travel plans
6. Cancellation by NIFN Travel Pvt. Ltd.
We may cancel a booking due to reasons such as:
- Supplier/vendor cancellation
- Natural calamities
- Political unrest
- Operational issues
- Overbooking
In such cases:
- A full or partial refund may be provided, depending on vendor policies.
- Alternatively, rescheduling or travel credit may be offered.
7. Refund Process
A. Refund Timeline
Refunds typically take 7–21 business days after approval.
Delays may occur depending on:
- Airline/hotel/vendor processing
- Bank/Payment gateway timelines
B. Refund Mode
Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment, unless otherwise specified.
8. No Refund Cases
- Failure to produce required travel documents
- No-show for flights or hotel check-ins
- Denied boarding due to immigration or security reasons
- Using fraudulent or invalid documents
- Violation of airline/hotel/tour operator rules
9. Modifications & Date Changes
- Date changes or modifications are treated as cancellations in many cases.
- Charges depend on service provider rules plus NIFN Travel Pvt. Ltd. service fees.
10. Force Majeure
NIFN Travel Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for cancellations or losses arising due to events beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- War or political unrest
- Epidemics/pandemics
- Airline strikes
- Government restrictions
Refunds in such scenarios are subject to vendor policies only.
